Sandra’s been in business for just over a year, but she’s created extraordinary results so far. She joined The Luminaries Club before she even had a website, and she’s still waking up in disbelief over where her journey in online business has taken her.
In her own words (and boy, do I love these words), “I always believed that with hard (as well as smart) work you can reach all your goals, but when it started happening it was hard to grasp. And I still can’t believe I wake up everyday to a business I love.”
With that, I’d like you to meet Sandra. She’s generated massive traffic, created an amazing income (from scratch, mind you!), and has been contacted by two big-name publishers in only thirteen months of business.

Why did you hire Lisa to help?
In short, I hired Lisa to go from being dependent on others (I was a freelancer at the time and had realized that freelancing didn’t mean freedom; I still turned other peoples dreams into reality and was dependent on them) to having my own business, where I create content and products I love and truly care about.
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in business?
The biggest one was getting out of my shell and believing in myself. Being aware that what I think and say matters, and that I can make a difference in other peoples’ lives.
The next thing was learning to finish. Starting a project is easy, but going through with it is a whole other story. And when you finally manage that you need to be critical with your work. You need to find where improvements are needed. What works and what doesn’t.
It’s so easy to just start the next thing instead of digging deep, fighting your inner demons, and making what you have work.
What have been your biggest takeaways from The Luminaries Club?
You need to celebrate your successes! Especially when you work online—so sitting alone at home behind your laptop—you need to make the time and effort to really celebrate when something wonderful happens. Otherwise you start chasing the next goal before you reach the first one. You will give up along the way.
I celebrate small milestones with my boyfriend, going for lunch and cheering. I celebrate big ones with a group of my closest friends, going out for a whole evening and celebrating. By doing this, I become aware of what I just did and can use all that energy and love to create the next big project.
Why are you excited to welcome more entrepreneurs to our club?
Also be aware that you will get as much out of it as you will put into it. So when you join, commit to it.
Make the time to go through the material again and again until you truly understand every word of it. Listen to the other members and learn from their experience. Ask for help when you need it! With so many talented and hard working women, there is most certainly someone there who already struggled with what you are currently trying to conquer, so make the ask.
